1) If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately! We will arrange for replacement(s) and return of the damaged product at no charge.* Notification of damages must be made within 5 days of receipt. Damaged products must be returned for replacement(s) and/or refund. To report damaged products, you may use our “Contact Us” page, or call us at: (360)-493-6013, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You may fax information to us at: (360)-493-6091.
2) If you are dissatisfied with the product, please use our “Contact Us” page to explain your issues. We want to work with our customers toward a win-win solution to any issue. Reimbursement / Credit / Replacement options may incur additional fees.
3) If you ordered the product “in error” (e.g., wrong size, wrong product) you may return it for credit, reimbursement or replacement of the correct product you would like. “In error” returned products may incur additional fees for shipping and restocking, up to 50% of the original price for the goods, plus shipping charges. “In error” products must be returned within 10 days of receipt. “In error” products must be shipped via carrier (UPS / FedEx) at customers’ expense. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Original shipping charges are not refundable. “In error” return shipping must include tracking number(s) and insurance on the product. Once the product(s) are received back to us, an assessment will be made regarding additional fees and you will be contacted.
4) If your order does not arrive – please contact us! Shipping times may vary depending on type of product and carrier. Once your order is placed on our website, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number when your product(s) ship. If your product(s) does not arrive as stated, please let us know and we will investigate the matter to determine what the problem is and find a solution.
*NOTE: The “outer box” for disposable products (gloves, facemasks, etc.) may experience some damage in transit. If the inner boxes are unbroken “damages” may not be claimed.
